Become a Personal Trainer
A personal trainer is more than somebody who looks good, or knows where the knee bone connects to (the leg bone, obviously).
Our Trainees expect the best of the weight loss experts we provide for them and to be honest, we'd hate to disappoint. Our trainers should be motivating, confident in their ability to help trainees reach their weight loss goals, knowledgeable and ready, willing and able to go that extra mile.
We have a team of irreplaceable trainers already in place, meaning that to join them is to commit to growth and to know and be able to demonstrate that you bring something unique to the table. We've worked in corporate and local authority gyms where the bottom line is quite literally the bottom line and frankly, it's not a nice environment. If you've ever found yourself mopping sweaty equipment until close at 11pm whilst being called a Personal Trainer on little more than minimum wage, you'll be glad to know that not only do we publicly say we reward our trainers, we are proud of our commitment to paying trainers a wage they deserve, not just because they have a certificate, but because they are the right people for the job. Even the basic, non-bonus hourly rate we pay far surpasses that of your average conveyor belt fitness chain, meaning that for the right person, a career with us could be the difference between enjoying 20 hours of work a week and dreading 40+ hours of feeling like a trained chimp could do your job.
If you like what you hear and believe that you can honestly be the driving force behind our trainees in their weight loss bid, we would love for you to get in touch. Millions of people around the country want to lose weight, by applying to be a Fat Free Fitness trainer; you are making a commitment to helping them get there.
If you're the right person, apply here, we'd love to hear from you.
