Do you ever get the feeling you're just not meant to lose weight? We understand, honestly we do. Maybe you've gone on countless diets, joined expensive gyms or have spent a fortune on home exercise equipment that has found more use as a cobweb gatherer than a weight loss tool.
Over the years, weight loss has become overcomplicated and inspired more expensive gadgets and wonder-pills than you can shake an ab roller at, all promising to have you holding out your trousers with a cheesy grin quicker than you can say 'false-promise'.
We want to bring losing weight right back to basics. You don't need liposuction. You don't (and bear with us before you throw your low-carb, low-taste, high-priced smoothie at the monitor) need fad diets that over-promise and under-deliver. Hang on, you say, how do we know what you need?
Simply put, we don't. Not yet. Everybody is different, but our experience says that everybody can lose weight and reach their goals. We're simply a team of trainers and weight loss specialists aiming to continue passing on what we've learnt. We're not the mirror hogging, tan obsessed cliche-spouters everybody has trainers down for, but people who are lucky enough to be in a position where we can make a difference.
